对逍客 CVT门之我见

美国NISSAN ROGUE论坛,有关CVT噪音问题讨论始于年初,逐渐发展出高达18页的主帖以及数个衍生噪音问题帖,点击率高达4万击,也许在内地这算不了甚么热门帖,很多车主也不怎样特别注意,不过这在北美汽车网站已经算是新闻了。最近几天内地的日产「CVT门」转帖很快,有关「CVT长途高速上坡」故障问题,已经变成「真实的传言」。
咱的ROGUE是2.5升引擎,但XTRONIC CVT传动箱应该相同。否则怎么会有类似的状况不约而同跨洲发生?这是我的第一点质疑。其次就是低速「咯咯」响声,则没有听到内地网友的抱怨,大约这和逍客上市时间长短有关,另外就是驾驶习惯不同,有些人驾驶习惯就是从D档起步到停车,始终不换档,再或者路边巷路低速STOP的牌子,内地不多或没有,因此低速声响很容易被逍客车主忽略掉。
身边拥有ROGUE车的有好几个,打听之下要不就是车龄太短,要不就是没听到,或者发生的概率也不高,因此,并不普遍重视,但我敢说这是一个日产的「瑕疵品」。
关键还在日产的XTRONIC CVT还不是日产本身研发的,因此日产都没有拆修权,不要说日产的经销商没得到授权,因此必须整个变速箱换新,至于换新后多久?故障将重演?目前为止仅有一个再度故障的特例,当然,因为不是自家产品,日产也没有办法正确回答CVT故障的原因。造成网路上众说纷纭,持续了八个月的讨论也还是捕风捉影而已,日产縅不出声,消费者除了担心其能奈何。
由于咱买车、修车过程接触的只是经销商,因此无从判断日产对这事件的态度,网上已有的答复也是经销商的电邮,除非整体事件上升到影响汽车销路成绩的地步,日产才会公开出面澄清,到时究竟属于技术问题还是产品瑕疵就见分晓,接下来是日产的处理方式。网路上,有网友气愤的说,这将是最后一次和日产打交道、要求退货、日产无法保证未来不会再度产生噪音….。
买这车的过程中,已经感觉经销商的态度有些诡异,在保证期上,不断的游说咱多买保修合约,在蘑菇将近一小时后才罢休,当时就有些不耐烦,事后,某个车消市场问卷给我的市调中,咱也不客气的指明日产经销商太可疑,交车的故障率太高。咱的敏感不是无道理的,事后证明果然有「瑕疵」产生,现在爆出更大的CVT疲劳故障,我相信应该不是特例,只不过一般驾驶者幷没有操出车的极限,但低速噪音应该受到检测和重视,也许那是一个CVT相故障的预警。
综合网路描述及当初的亲身体验,这里重复一下「低速噪音」的发生情况。车速在低速情况(8-10PPM)、缓下坡,煞停前出现一两秒的「咯咯」("rattle")低响,(类似金属棒撞击铁壳的声响),此情况可以刻意制造,就是在车将煞停前一瞬间,迅速换入空N档,同时慢踩煞车,完全停车前后一两秒,声响很快消失,渐渐的,在停车场慢速前进或放松油门间隙也可听见,不必打开车窗,车内只要不开音响、不交谈就可清楚听见,由车内底盘发出的生响。车况上,则是有些加速反应迟缓,PPM虽高但加速略有迟顿感,换入手排后反而加速较有力。
换过变速箱后,车内出奇安静,如同新车情况一样。咱的流氓大约发生在3000公里左右。从新车接手起,共有几次在没入档情况误踩下油门,一次因不熟手排在起步加速情况拨错空档,没有高速入空档情况,只有几次降档过快的顿挫,使用自排经验超过二十年,都没有这种噪音情况,故很快就确定「中招」无误。
新车在几千公里内就发生问题,换重配备的感觉真的很不舒服,尤其是兴冲冲的上手CVT传动器,本来还不断夸口CVT的优点,一下被打进冷宫,有段时间真的很难接受,对网路上参加天涯秀车的活动帖,并且获得名次第二(原帖网址:http://www.tianya.cn/publicforum/content/cars/1/112426.shtml),竟难以放开心的回帖,虽然咱可以坦然接受现实,却也有些气馁感,即使内地并没有ROGUE这个车款,共鸣回帖太少,自己也是单独面对和经销商投诉的过程,身在加拿大,不是自己第一语言的国度,再怎样都是一种沮丧。两个月来,大抵上驾车不是问题,对未来的故障却是忧心忡忡,日产真的该表示一下,假使真的出现更大的故障,那么今天日产的沉默就是一个令人恼火的原爆点。
美国消费者可不是好惹的,这点我倒是很确定。
目前了解整个更换变速箱的流程是,维修厂订货约三周,一周内排定进厂维修,时间则有些差异,有些车厂忙碌,可能要在厂等待两天,其实一天内可以完成,咱车就是前晚下班交车,车厂提供一辆代步车开回家,咱取的是新的VERSA行程不到三仟公里,第二天下班前就取车,目前还在关注情况中,假始还有新的故障或调适不良,就要再度申诉。
事后,咱的联想包括日产经销商设法转移换修的成本,故而不断纠缠推销保固合约,或者夸大维修时间,已分散成本,显然日产业者已经知道CVT有瑕疵,还再隐瞒情况。第二,低速噪音可能是「CVT疲劳」的征兆,不可不察。第三,一般车主不会长途超限驾驶,日产在用换新加速器暂时「堵口」。
  希望一切只是过度的担忧,希望日产称的CVT技术非常成熟。反正,咱的流氓车已经被车流氓给绑架了,这种车,你敢接二手吗?

    ID为lhfit的车主,第一次发现CVT故障是在去西藏的路上,我车速基本上都是120-150之间排除烂路和超高速因素,但是行车时间较长,早上出发一直开到晚上)的时候听到有“吱吱”的异响(当时是晚上,开了一天的车,关闭了音响,车内相当安静),排除路噪、风阻等声音后,判断声音来至机舱,不是发动机就是变速箱引起了重视,并且经过自己的测试转速到达2500转以上的时候这个声音才会明显。第二天车子开了3个小时以后,吱吱的声音又开始出现,接下来的路段多次测试,判断热车的情况下才会有异响。拉孜到拉萨的途中,一直是下坡或是直道,车速基本在100码左右。轻点油门的情况下突然车辆转速急剧上升,切换到手动模式居然没有档位显示。第一时间赶到拉萨4S,要求做细致的检查。4S店的师傅在热车的情况下进行了试车,听了我的描述后,也听到了变速箱的异响,当即判断为变速箱故障。接上电脑检测到N个变速箱告警,纳闷了这么多告警出现(致命的是油温告警和变速箱钢带打滑),并且有些告警可以看到不止出了一次,为什么故障灯就不亮呢?当时我就留了个心眼,把变速箱告警的照片拍了下来。最终结果:更换变速箱。

  he told me that the procedure (reprogramming the cvt computer) is in order to eliminate the "speed limit governor" and to reload some data that controls the way the cvt limits the top speed when driven several minutes at full speed on big hills or fully loaded...he said there are several complaints about the issue, and nissan decided to eliminate this feature, since it obeys to more regulated countries, where top speed is not as often reached and the speed governor doesnt kick in as often, too...

  here in mexico, apparently, we are more prone to speed up and cause the governor to kick in and cause discomfort on the drivers....
  he said that its for the mayority of the 2008 rogues but he doesnt have the number of vehicles affected....
  he also said that part of this capaign is to replace the cvt oil dipstick, since it is a new piece with different part number, and it is the indicative that the reprogramming has been done.

  with this reprogramming, and change of the dipstick, there will be no perceptible change in wich the cvt works, but the fact that when driven uphill at full throttle or fully loaded, the speed governor, will not be as agressive as before.

  i personally think the dealer is lying about the issue, and wont do anything untill theres a catastrophic failure of the cvt.... 我个人认为该交易商说谎,有关该的问题和不会做任何事直到什么,cvt.发生灾难性故障...
  i, however, felt a slight improvement in the smoothness of the cvt, maybe a little quieter at full acceleration, i suspect they change the oil of the transmission for something thicker or with improved viscosity properties....
  they even printed 2 service records, one of the 10,000 km service (oil change, engine bay wash, oil filter...) and one that states "CVT CAMPAIGN", and nothing else...
  i feel somewhat protected if anything happens since i have the report and valid warranty for several months and kilometers from now on....
  i really hope this can help someone to clear their minds at least alittle, regarding the cvt rattling issue...
  (sorry for grammar and spelling mistakes)

  对横跨东西方的ROGUE CVT故障问题,也许由于一种使命感催促,对ROGUE CVT变速器不吐不快。
  买下ROGUE之前,概略的看过网路上有关ROGUE的消息,但当时偏重的是性能价格比较,还有就是车主的评价,当然,对于ROGUE官方说法也比较相信,至于像(TRNSMISSION ROTTLE)这点点论坛上的瑕疵问题,不要说不放在心上,消息也是从去年开始的,更不用说NISSAN强调一直在改善,对新车种进入第三年,任何人都可以放心了,可惜它就是发生在我身上,日产的CVT开始出现「故障噪音」」,大约从咱的新车跑1000公里就出现了。
  一开始,简直不敢相信,只是环疑自己是否操作上犯了大忌,但仔细的检讨,咱开过的自排车,新车,虽不多也已经有年,就没这样的情况,何况换档起步,从一开始就感觉有些迟缓,不似一般自排车,变档加速很急的,这部车一开始就有些不同,这是网路上看到过,试驾者曾经提过,(此时电脑正在调整CVT…。)换过新的CVT之后,这一点几乎不存在延迟,和一般的自排没有分别。
  总之,NISSAN好像还欠了车主些甚么?跑到一千左右,咱开始怀疑车确实有问题,不是我操作的问题,然后开始仔细听偶然出现的杂音,比对网路上的描述,咱选择在下班交通尖峰时间塞车路段,有一条僻静的路,车队蠕动一走一停,有点下坡的段落,车将停未停,或着可以突然切进D档后,杂音出现了,仅仅短短的咯咯两声,很难发现,除非你将冷气关掉、音响关掉,否则不易发现,但这已足够了,你可以开始蓄意制造出来,找到相似的路段,减速、变档,煞停。三次总也一回可以听见,终于,我感觉上坡起步马力有些迟缓,这应该是变速箱的问题,再不然就是电脑无法迅速感应提速要求,迟钝同时反应在当煞停瞬间,电脑突然「醒过来」变档,感觉就像是甚么松了一样,这中间一定是变速感应问题。
  又两个多月后,新车行程四千多公里,咱已受够了。找上经销商,经过情形咱已经在网路贴帖发表过,他们答应换TRANNY,没有多解释甚么?定购需要三周到一个月,然后我等电话约时间。
  感觉上修车厂一直很忙,每次去都有人排队等候,加人风度耐性都很好,没有人吵闹争执,说了就算,经理曾告诉我需要六、七个小时搞定,但当新传动器到了,接待小姐给咱电话约时间,她忽然说需要两、三天时间,那咱就说要他们提供代步车,在北美修车,车厂都会提供一部车代步,只要超过一天滞厂,长的几周都可能。咱不考虑就答应她帮我找车,然后一周过去了,咱又打电话催促,对方有些不耐却只有让我决定日期,然后,找一天的时间交车、提车,然后咱顺便要求作6000公里保养,就这样,终于把爱车给搞定了。
  问题是,后续还会发生同样的故障吗?我又回到网路上找答案。没有人不爱惜自己的新车,这点没有人反对,连保险公司都相信这一点,没有人故意把车撞坏然后索赔,假使,你故意这样搞,那就是诈欺罪名,要吃上官司。如果,咱能证明CVT有潜在的问题,如「负载疲劳」「电脑程序瑕疵」,或者,并不是每部车都会有同样的问题,那也许只是大部分车主都在「好好保护」爱车,并不「操劳过度」,一旦那个瑕疵被触发了,或者就是一般网友称行驶1-2万哩之后,连在停车场内都听得清楚,咱的感觉有时上坡加速也会有,但当时被引擎声盖过了,除非想咱一样刻意注意倾听,车主很难听见,就算起步加速,油门一踩,谁也只听引擎声,很少这时去听「噪音」。
  咱的经验,迟钝也出现在平地加速,尤其转弯起步加速,CVT自排反应很慢,但你若猛踩到底,(RPM骤升到3000之上,ROGUE有点像疯了一样,扭力爆发而出)。这一段和网路上描述相同。加速没问题,扭力输出没问题,问题在有些迟顿感,然后噪音越来越大,恼得你快疯了一样,也不知你是过度敏感还是心态有些偏执,和别的车主提,没有啊!不会吧!好像,他们在说,算你倒楣,就你一脸衰样才开到这种车。呵呵,他们差点没说,是不是你开车太猛,太爆躁?还是你故意的…。…
  咱自问,假使当初知道会换CVT变速箱,咱还会买ROGUE吗?答案还是肯定会的。高科技对咱有致命的吸引力,所以当初才会轻忽「CVT咯咯噪音」这样的小问题。自以为,经过两三年的新车,科技的高风险期已经过去,凡是新科技,没有不带风险的。飞机、飞船、太空船…哪项没死过人?咱怕新高科技,那就不是今天的咱了。
  小心翼翼,假设中带着质疑的态度,ROGUE 是难以驾驭的吧。

  I thought I heard a transmission rattle this morning? 1:59 PM 5/5/2008
  OK, so coming to work its mostly down hill and I go back and forth between D and N. Coast most of the 6 miles in. This morning I heard a rattle or grinding noise every time I threw the trany into N. By the time I got to work the noise was gone? Was it my imagination or something with the trany? Thx.
  We have been hearing a subtle rattling or tapping noise for the past 1,000 miles. We hear it at slow speeds, most often when we step on and off the gas. I think it’s coming from the tranny.
  I too have noticed a slight vibration/metallic rattle but you really have to listen for it. It happens just before you come to a stop. It does not happen all the time, and performance has not been affected. IMHO it seems to part of normal CVT operation.
  My Rogue started doing this noise approx. at 6,000 km and now at 9,000km the noise is getting worst (rattle or grinding noise at slow speed or on deceleration). I went to the dealer this morning, they did a road test and called nissan (TECHLINE), they said nissan is aware of this problem and they should replace the transmission to fix this problem.
  I have noticed a brief ’clicking’ noise when driving very slow (<5mph). It seems to occur whenever you lightly depress or release the accelerator. Honestly I believe this is just the nature of the CVT transmission. The vehicle drives fine otherwise.
  The CVT itself has been changed since it first appeared on the Murano. The current CVT design is shared with the Altima 2.5 and Sentra SE-R. The Chrysler/Mitsu twins also share use the same CVT: Dodge Caliber, Jeep Compass, Jeep Patriot, and Mitsubishi Outlander.
  So yes, components of the drivetrain have been around for awhile. However, the Rogue is the first to pair Nissan’s QR25DE motor, the Jatco CVT, and the AWD system together.
  Got the Rogue back in Friday after having the transmission replaced - and the rattling is gone. It was definitely a transmission issue. Not overly happy about having the transmission changed after 4,000 miles, but it did solve the problem (at least for now).
  Ours was more of a rapping sound...very subtle, you can’t hear it at highway speeds or with the stereo on
  But yes, if you want to hear it, our experience was: get the car totally warmed up and drive slowly around a parking lot or a quiet side street. I also found that as you are driving slowly, you can hear it best if you take your foot off and on the gas slightly. When we did that there was a rattle both on and off the gas.
  hear would indicate some type of metal to metal contact.
  It took them 1 week to get our tranny and after several days fighting with Nissan about whether it was the ’right’ tranny, now they are trying to find time to put it in....
  Took the Rogue SL AWD (8200 mi) into the dealer today for the second time re the noise issue. They are beginning to believe that maybe the noise has something to do with the tranny, just as I told them two weeks ago...
  Brake fluid - amber
  Coolant - green
  Oil - amber to black
  CVT fluid - light/transparent green
  Washer fluid - green, blue, purple, depends on brand
  Power steering - N/A, the Rogue has electric power steering
  
  I can always duplicate the sound by driving in a silent area very slowly at around 5-7 mph and letting up on the accelerator..... rattle,...rattle,....ping....rattle.
  Our invoice states"CVT transmission failed internally, replaced per techline advisement"
  It lists a transaxle,transmission and a clip.
  It also shows Nissan approval and a cost of $4521.65
  I spoke with the NYS Office of the Attorney General yesterday. She told me I was not the first caller regarding this car. Her suggestion to me was to fill out the online application to be considered under the Lemon Law Program. She said that they have to attempt or refuse to fix it 4 times. I told her there is no fix..and she said that would fall under refusing to fix. So I would recommend everyone to call. If you live in NYS here is the number 212 416-8314. Maybe if enough people call, someone will do something and get these recalled. I feel sorry for the people out there that Nissan is still selling these cars to.
  I get a call the next day saying they got the part but when the dropped the transmission to put in the part they found losts of metal shavings and BLACK trans fluid in the pan.
  The service manager got on the phone with Nissan about this, and in about one hour, i got another call back saying they have been authorized to replace my transfer case and my transmission to correct this issue.
  THE SERVICE MANAGER said the guy from nissan he talked to on the nissan engineers hotline, his words, said that they know the transmissions are faulty and they are replacing all of them as they come in for service.

  讨厌当车商的活广告,咱宁愿找出CVT更多的毛病来。
  发这帖子,只是希望引起刚买CVT车的人注意,有时候一点点噪音,背后有着很麻烦的问题引发,只是车主并不知道。
  英文的帖子太长,也没有时间翻译全文,(也许有网友乐意代劳),以上是一些剪帖,叙述发生的过程和怎样发现。ROGUE目前也只在4WD车款上发生FWD并没有类似情况发生。
  网友可以注意到,就连老美去车厂申诉,都有很多的曲折和阻碍,甭说咱呢!当然ROGUE很多特点是还是令人满意的,省油、安静、驾驭快感、顺畅等等,咱是说当车很新又尝鲜的感觉,车上的蓝芽、BOSE、手排、脚煞车、天窗、免钥匙进入等等,当然帖子主题谈的是CVT,就不要扯太远才是。
  领回新车是四月份,加拿大五月还有雪,所以ROGUE 的CVT已经经历雪地的实驾的考验,这在另一个帖子中有提到,关键还在于CVT的无段变速功能配合了防滑、ABS、CVT加上动态循迹能力,使得起步加速的动感十足,车身高使得加速的视野更安稳,即使车速已经超过80Km,假使人几乎还感觉不到那种加速度,开ACURA加速起步的顶背感觉固然不错,那是属于一种「硬」冲,CVT则相当顺畅贴背,同时还必须注意不要将油门猛踩到底,或许ROGUE的电脑令在DRIVE档的油门控制较多,即始猛踩也未必有效冲刺,反而要防止更强的爆发力,猛升RPM。
  咱说过,车有四个轮子,干嘛只用两个轮子开。如果4X4的车靠加力档或者如H牌的按钮控制前驱选择,实在说,咱不会买这种SUV,当然必须承认也同时看上它的省油性质,至于那些上、下坡煞车功能之类的都属次要,咱强调CVT的安全性,ROGUE获得北美最佳冬季车,不是没道理的,但关键还是在高速公路上的防滑,防侧滑是CVT综合ABS、动态循迹系统达成的,没有CVT就没有这种整合功能。
  美国的高速公路系统发达人尽皆知,单向八线道毫不希奇,最有名的90号横贯大陆公路至少都五线道,上高速公路的车辆性能决定了你的安全系数,不仅是汽缸数,灵活性和加速性都是关键,在切换车道或并道时,CVT发挥很大作用,尤其是超越连结卡车,北美有三连结的「公路火车」,这种车侧风很强,你不能跟他并排,要不躲在它后面,要不就换道抄前,假使遇上一部小车不敢超越,那好,连结车加上那小车的长度,后车就更难超越,车队越拖越长,在外线道形成为一种车阵,你就算到了出口匝道,假使你车还在内线道,你就硬是出不去,那怎办?等下一个出口?一个出口相距可能几十公里,那时怎办?车阵里,多得是怕错过出口出不去的车,所以,外道经常有车龙档道,于是,每天都看到一种画面,就是有些胆大的车,从中线道切进内线,再加速从内线脱困经过中线道再回外线道,然后,及时赶在匝道前出高速。
  这种惊险稍有闪失,任你再多的气囊也会无效,大多数人乖乖的排在外道,车龙越来越长。于是,当车道超过三条,连结车大致会走在中线,除非他也要出口下高速,问题又来了。
  你若是看到中线有辆联结车,右侧又一辆其慢无比的车跟他并行,后面往往两个车道都跟着一大串车,没法超过,于是中道车有些开始设法进入快速的内道,一辆辆接着超越连结车,但大部分车还在担心错过出口,不肯换车道,而新的进口并道车又加入,你只好不断的控制速度踩煞车,CVT这时比上、下坡的速度控制更频繁,车不好即便四驱又怎样?假如这时又是冬天,路面积雪呢?
  咱上班每天上高速,那就是一场挑战和冒险。所以,AWD全时四驱配合CVT是必要的。那反观路况不好的,或者说热带高速公路吧,凭我的驾驶记忆,夏天追尾是最大的车祸意外事故,后面跟上大货卡,那就死路一条,四轮碟煞加ABS固然不错,但紧急煞车一定容易造成追尾,ROGUE 方向盘上的手排档波片,往往有煞车的功能,也就是说CVT才可以提供手波片的功能,那么你不需要连续踩煞车,造成后车误会或怠惰。写到这里,顺便一提,有次在进入高速路砸道上并车,后车小子故意不让还按喇叭抗议,咱早已经打了灯号并且让过两部内车道,他吓我,我就吓他,当他急着贴上,咱就硬切入,然后趁他煞车后再起步一瞬间,咱猛踩下煞车然后立刻加速,在他追我尾前一秒闪开,这下他可知道厉害了,上了高速后整十几公里他不敢靠近咱的车后,远远盯着咱在他面前换车道。咱顺便测试一下CVT的变档机动性。
  一生有两次高速公路连环撞的经历,一次咱闪掉前车的追尾撞,咱的后车撞上咱的前车,另一次就在进城路上,高速公路下来车队切入并道,七连撞,咱在第四辆,前后车各距保险杠不到十公分,警察来前,咱先走人。
  果真NISSAN让我对CVT失望,咱当然会很难过。
